Welcome to Enlighten Learning Trust (ELT)

Enlighten Learning Trust (ELT) has grown to comprise of Esher C of E High School (11-16), St Martin's C of E Schools and St Andrew’s C of E Primary School, Cobham. In the past, we were known as the Esher Learning Trust but as we  move into the development phase of the Trust we thought we would provide a break from the location of Esher and adopt a name more reflective of our vision.  As a trust, we aim to build a secure and stable foundation with a small group of schools that share a common ethos. 

We have a strong record of working collaboratively with schools across all phases and we have seen the benefits of this approach to all those involved.  We wish to explore effective ways of sharing services that compliment and enhance with the uniqueness of each school as we believe it is important to recognise and respect the individuality of all the schools within the Trust.  We wish to develop a strong sense of school-to-school support and a commitment to the wider community.

Through collaborative working built on growing outstanding teachers and leaders, we want every school provide to an excellent educational experience.
